Navigation etc.

The original instrumentation is presumed to be orchestra, but since Lanner was part of a string orchestra early in his career, there is a small possibility that this was for string orchestra, not full orchestra. Tagging is therefore subject to correction.

As noted on the Dickens category page (and elsewhere), "Boz" was Dickens' nickname (under which he published several of his earliest works, including the early version of the Pickwick Papers.)

#2 is from The Little Curiosity Shop; #4 is from Oliver Twist; #6 is a major secondary character from Nicholas Nickleby (while #5 is the title character). (#1 from Master Humphrey's Clock.)
