This is a facsimile of the Imbault Edition. I have scanned the pages of the Duport method book that contains the etudes and added the front page of the method book. The etudes are two part, and the one part editions used today by many cellists have just left out the second part, intended for the teacher. Take notice of the old notation used in the 19th century where the G-clef, if not preceeded by a part written in tenor clef, should be played one octave lower than the pitch notated. Hence 8va in this edition actually means loco.
