Written in Nicolas Obouhow's simplified notation.

If the pieces were composed in 1943, it's impossible that first publication would have been in 1934, which is what the notice reads as in the Durand score. The plate number (13,198) would place publication at 1944, which seems more likely. The work could be public domain in the USA as a result of this error in the notice - if Durand failed to file an NIE by 1998.
