Extra Information According to Fétis, Sophie Bodin later became Sophie Pierson (or Sophie Pierson-Bodin from other sources) ; she may have died in 1877 or so. BNF also has the first edition- see BNF link (all 30 etudes, Farrenc plate A.F. 661. This suggests a 1839 ca. publication date?). Composed 1835-8 according to Legras ("Louise Farrenc, compositrice du XIXe siècle"), p.93 and published 1839-40 (same source).
