Sibley comically attributes this to the sculptress Camille Claudel (1864-1943). Not only she wasn't a composer, but this music also dates from a century earlier. Unfortunately, her much more famous name "pollutes" all the info @Google, so it's very hard to find information about the real composer (who was probably male, not female). The only thing that's certain is that these quartets were published before 1842 (ca.) since Cherubini died that year, and the music is dedicated to him while he was still alive. - R.P.

Or soon after he died, or in memoriam. Still, BdlF should be one way to find out, hopefully. - ES
Mentioned in the Berliner Allgemeine Musikalisches Zeitung, in a January (21?) 1824 issue, I think as having been recently published (or at least arrived for consideration/later review by the magazine See here.)? So 1824 seems a reasonable if possibly large estimate (BdlF may produce a better, earlier estimate.)
