Fuchs. ... chez Décombe, luthier, professeur et marchand de musique..." (in an issue published 10 Brumaire, An 10 = 1 November, 1801. (The Google book itself is marked 1797, but the issues themselves cover a range of years that need translating from the French Republican Calendar to the modern.)
