Fétis mentions what may be this work in a sort of work catalog of Schuster’s works. (Biographie universelle des musiciens et bibliographie générale, volume 7, 1878, page 535.) Three works are mentioned, two for piano alone (the violin part might be considered optional though it is included in the score), and a set of divertissements for violin and piano (this might be those under another name). 1790 and 1796 are the publication dates given for all 3. it is unclear whether the violin part is in fact optional.
