Just "Canzona"? Some ten Canzoni by Kerll are listed at RISM, sometimes with nicknames, usually in modes rather than keys, and doubtless he wrote more. Disambiguation seems a good idea. On the ms copy, cembalo apparently is indicated? (So kbd, covering harpsichord/organ possibilities, will be tagged. - Schissel

(Since the original title was Canzone, however, this gets tagged as Canzoni, not Canzonas.)

It has nothing to do with singular/plural, it has to do with period -- "canzoni" is 18th-19th C.
