Source may be Denkmaler Deutsche Tonkunst: 2,2, Teil 2 ; Lfg. 2, [Canzonette von 1590 und Neue teutsche Gesang von 1596], ed. by Rudolf Schwartz. Original in A Dorian according at least to ms. copy. Am guessing from title that Hassler published a group of Canzonette for 4-part chorus in 1590 of which this is one. (Not a guess; well-known fact; qv Wikipedia.) RISM has a 1591 organ arrangement of this (ms. copy).
