Hafiz was a poet and has certainly not provided Brahms or Szymanowski with their melodies, so what's he doing here? --Nn 21:12, 2 October 2011 (UTC)

He did, however, provide them with their words, and so qualifies for his own page in his capacity as a librettist — P.davydov 21:18, 2 October 2011 (UTC)
OK. I see that Goethe has been bestowed the same honour. But the vast majority of poets and librettists seem to remain to include. – I seem to remember (may be wrong) that the "Browse by nationality/time period/etc." formerly concerned composers (and other music originators such as "Folk music"), not "all people"? If feasible, I think it would be practical to have that possibility still, and the same for text authors. --Nn 23:39, 4 October 2011 (UTC)
If you click through to one of the specific time periods from that page, there are links that will let you restrict it to composers (or librettists, etc.) only. Cheers, KGill talk email 11:54, 6 October 2011 (UTC)
Thanks a lot. I see it now and of course can't understand how I could have missed it. Just glad to know I'm not the only one to miss link menus... --Nn 00:48, 10 October 2011 (UTC)
