Note on Birth and Death Dates

I know MusicSack is very specific here, but that several standard books about the composer are very unspecific (1899-1963 only)- no, not just Wikipedia; a 1996 book about Poulenc accessible via Google Books, and another) when the sources MusicSack quotes are readily available (e.g. Variety obituary in February 1963 e.g.) makes me for one want to err as much as possible on the side of caution really before declaring that available evidence connotes more than it denotes Eric 04:46, 24 December 2010 (UTC)

Grove has death date as 30 January 1963, birth date as 7 January 1899. Carolus 04:50, 24 December 2010 (UTC)
