The dedicatee is definetely Мария Петровна Гурскалин and not Мария Христофоровна Гурскалин, because the name is preceeded by Mademoiselle. Hurskalin was Мария Петровна's maiden name, while Мария Христофоровна (née фон Штемпель) was married to Павел Петрович Гурскалин.
