Navigation etc.

Revised often before publication according to Jessie Henderson Kennedy Matthay's "The Life and Works of Tobias Matthay" (Boosey&Hawkes, 1945).

A manuscript reduced (2-pianos) score ("appears to be a working copy") of what is probably the same work at RAM (Royal Academy of Music catalog) has the date ca.1895, so an early version was finished then.

Note that an even earlier concert-piece in 2-piano reduction and full score from 1881 in D minor is in the RAM library.
