Called a "sacred concerto" at AMG. Published as "Cantata 4" by Litolff in 1935, but perhaps sooner; copied out in manuscript form (see e.g. RISM and also WorldCat which probably refers to the same SBB collection) before then in the 1600s/1700s so various laws may take it out of copyright in any case.
(Though C.F. Peters published a collection of choral preludes ca.1907 including an Aus Tiefer Not that might have been extracted, arranged, edited from this?... hrm.)
