The overture to this opera was published by CF Peters in or by 1819 (in some form- score, reduced, something) as Romberg's Op.54; reviewed in AMZ, 1819, p.811. According anyway to Worldcat, the opera as a whole was published in vocal score (94pp) by Cranz as Op.63 (maybe by 1819, definitely by 1840. See above.). A (concert?) performance was reviewed AMZ February 1817 p.131. The Berlin performance is mentioned in the 22 April 1818 AMZ, p.297 ("Ubersicht des März.) The review of the Peters publication gives the overture's orchestration as double woodwind (2 flutes, 2 oboes, 2 clarinets, 2 bassoons), 2 horns, 3 trombones, trumpets, timpani, strings. The overture has been recorded with symphonies 1 & 3 on cpo.
