Misc. Notes From the uploader's library. Pages 13-20 unfortunately missing from the piano score, purchased in a second hand store in Paris in the sixties for a "song", the reason for which was only discovered later. A concert programme cutting dated underneath Mardi 26 Novembre 1929 / à 20 heures 30 was pasted on the back of the front cover with a presentation of the work (text visible within the cover file). This must have been the cellist's working copy as his part is the only one with fingerings.
