The person on this picture is Brasilio Itibere da Cunha Luz (1896-1967), otherwise known as Brasilio Itibere II. He was a composer, music critic and cousin of the composer and diplomat Brasilio Itibere da Cunha (1846-1913), who is the actual author of Sertaneja, Poeme d'Amour, Gavotte, and the Serenade.
