Misc. Comments

Maylath and Theophil arrangements are also available at the Library of Congress - perhaps originally scanned by them or by Duke University (whose collections they mirror)? Original scanner therefore ambiguous, but available as PDF at Sydney Smith Archive, as large-density TIFF files at LoCongress, anycase. However, as sometimes at LoC, attribution odd - e.g. the Maylath arrangement attributed to Maylath as a composition of his at memory.loc.gov (searching under Smith will not turn it up.) Theophil’s simplified version of this D major waltz is in C major, while Maylath’s is in G major.
