Has the same opus number as the Fantaisie pour clarinette et orchestre, Oeuv. 26 by H. Bärmann listed in the October 1824 AMZ supplement, and seems to have been published around the same time. This however seems to be a different work, published by Breitkopf und Härtel (plate 3932 parts), with trombones in its orchestration according to catalog card entries, and dedicated to A.B. Fürstenau (and in the key of F, according to an RISM entry that exists for a copy of it.)
