This isn't actually the Ouverture to the opera composed by Rossini, but a readaptation of the dances from 'Le Siège de Corinthe'. Rossini didn't write any Ouverture for 'Il viaggio a Reims',opera that was rediscovered and completely reassembled just before its first performance, Pesaro July 1984, with Claudio Abbado conducting.
