Misc. Comments
A couple of notes cut off at very end of lines on page 4. In the right hand, in order, they are: A in the first line, A# in the 2nd, D in the 3rd, A in the 4th and D in the 5th. The page is large, awkward and looks as though it was taped together 40-50 years ago, making it difficult to scan. The year that was cut off on the bottom of page 2 was 1896, so this should be PD.
