Whether these came from one publication or several, they need to be separated and uploaded individually unless: a case can be made clearly that they were intended as a suite (the appearance of the word suite; documents by Bini regarding these works that so refer to them) or one is clearly oneself arranging them into a suite (as with any number of famous precedents... and in this case, be clear about it, etc.)-
According to the titles, the Imperial Waltz is "composed" by G.E. Bini. The other two are "arranged". As it happens, there was a collection of 8 Popular American Melodies Arranged as Rondinos for the Piano by Ferdinand Beyer. In this are the Love Not Quickstep (no.1) and Miss Lucy Neal (no.7). IMSLP has at least one other from that collection (Miss Lucy Long), but not the ones arranged here (as of December 2016). It is possible that, because they were popular songs, Bini did not take them specifically from this collection, but given that they were published in one set, it is possible.
