Extra Information Seemingly first published by Breitkopf & Härtel in 1987, although there seems to be agreement that it was in fact performed in 1736 -- so the relevant provisions of manuscript-related laws/case law etc. probably apply which count performance as a form of publication in this context.
  • The chalumeau part is only in the first part of the Agnus Dei, but since there is only one oboe in that section, the chalumeau part undoubtedly was originally done by one of the oboists.
