Cover says Ditson, 1877. Internal first page (and other pages are consistent in typeface etc. - this is for once quite clear ...) says Entered... MDCCCLXIII by J. L. Peters... Southern Dist. Court of Ohio". (not sure where J.L. Peters had a branch in Ohio, however?
