Misc. Notes:

Original scans: 300dpi, grayscale, jpeg2000 files approximately 3500 by 2700 pixels. De-skewed, converted to black and white tif files, re-sampled to 600dpi. Some scans cropped the end of the staves off, as well as one digit of the page number. Hopefully, no notes have been lost.
