  1. Baltazarini: Son du 1e Ballet, from Ballet Comique de la Royne (1581)
This is in fact Balthazar de Beaujoyeulx, but according to Wikipedia:Balthasar de Beaujoyeulx, he only created the scenario (and choreographed, directed, and stage managed) the production. The music was by "Lambert de Beaulieu" (in fact Girard de Beaulieu). RISM, however, still credits Beaujoyeulx with the music.
arr. for strings (G2/G2/C3/C3/F4 clefs); according to RISM, this was the original instrumentaton

    arr. for 4 voices (3 superius, 1 concordant; G2/G2/C1/C3 clefs) + choeur

arr. for 4 voices a cappella (original had continuo)

arr. for tenor, orchestra (the original has no instruments apart from the triflauti but the arrangement has strings in that section)
  5. Giulio Caccini, Coro, Aria, Coro from Le nuove musiche (p.10)
arr. for voice, mixed chorus (SSATTB), "Quatuor" (presumably strings), continuo (the original has no "quatuor"
  6. Monteverdi, Moresca from L'Orfeo (p.14)
    arr. for strings (G2/G2/C3/C3/F4 clefs)
  7. Francesca Caccini, Coro from La liberazione di Ruggiero (p.15)
    arr. for mixed chorus, orchestra
  8. Cavalli, Sinfonia, Aria (tenor), Quintetto, Aria (mezzo-soprano) from l'Eritrea (p.18)
arr. for 5 voices, strings, continuo (original not available to compare, but might have been string orchestra as well, though the "arrangement" may involve the vocal parts and replacements for castrati)
  9. Stradella, Duo from the oratorio San Giovanni Battista (p.27)
arr. for soprano, bass, strings, continuo (Duo orig. soprano, bass, continuo, with the concerto grosso afterward, not before)

arr. for orchestra (this is possibly from a larger work, so original instrumentation cannot be checked)
