5th concerto in order of composition, 3rd in order of publication. First (?) performance date from Lindeman's analysis (p.305) (mostly based on Breitkopf edition with plate 14063, published ca.1875?)

Publication reviewed in the July 1816 issue of AMZ, so probably 1815.
