Misc. Comments

Instrumentation and composition date are from the Schirmer/Schott publisher information as relayed through Naxos Music Library.

Recorded (snugly!) on a 80-minute Carus CD.

November 8 1906 Musikalisches Wochenblatt/Neue Zeitschrift mentions (November 3 '06 in Köln and around that time in other places) several performances of the Requiem and (in Gürzenich) a performance of the Requiem together with the premiere of a Moór symphony... (in the same paragraph. MW page 813, NZ(M) page 875. )
