||Enoch copyright claim on "new edition" |
This may well be a new edition and worthy of copyright (there seems no reason to believe otherwise. Several searches (Worldcat, Google... anyone want to try looking in Bibliographie de la France, too...) turn up no Scherzo symphonique by Hachette- by any composer. Seems most likely that they engraved this work, not published it.)
Possibly PD-Non-US, 1926 (c) claim may be valid, see above.
Possibly first issued under another name- a Chaminade thematic catalogue would help. (We don't yet have her Scherzo Colombine for comparison eg.)
