Published by Richault in late 1834/early 1835. Publication noted in the Bibliographie de la France 1e série, 24e année (38e de la collection), Nº 3, 17 Janvier 1835, p.47, r.18.

Though not so marked, it's clear (in listening, especially) that the "Adagio" and "Allegretto con moto" form a coda to the 4 marked variations of the Theme and Variations set, rather than being separate movements. There are at least 2 recordings as of 2018. (The Adagio begins about 8 minutes into the 3rd track of the Red Cedar Chamber Music CD recording of the Kummer, or instance, and the conclusion of the Adagio suggests an attacca connection with the Allegretto con moto.)
