Transcribed later as his 7th symphony (for strings, "Aal Aaraaf"). There is/was also a duo in D Op.43 and a horn quintet in G Op.43. The duo for 2 pianos seems to be lost (if I understand correctly) but was almost certainly? an arrangement of the sextet or of the symphony (according to Watt/Forbes. The phrasing suggests that the symphony is a loose arrangement of the sextet, while the duo, if found, may be found to be a stricter transcription/arrangement of one or the other work.) The quintet is mentioned several times in Watt/Forbes 2015, but its relation besides having the same Op.no. is unclear. (The horn quintet may have originally carried Op.27 - perhaps it is an alternate version of the clarinet quintet in the same G; Watt & Forbes give the horn version the nickname "Emerson" - and have been composed in 1901, premiered 1904.)
