Actually, the description in one Abschrift (manuscript copy) (RISM 190014209, copied by Carl Meyer in the late 18th century, "Violino Primo Violino 2.do. Viola et Basso." suggests simply string orchestra, without continuo, since basso in such contexts, generally just means cello or double bass, unless the bass part is specifically figured (figured bass) by the composer? (There is another F major symphony, NorJ A2 / WalS 31). Some copies of both this and the other symphony have two horn parts. - Schissel
