Misc. Notes A mix of Garritan World bagpipes plus Garritan Personal Orchestra (GPO) snare drum and bass drum. A lot of processing was added (C2 Audio reverb insert on each voice along with PSP Wintagewarmer2 processing). The output was also run through QL spaces convolution reverb using an outdoor space IR. Note the score only shows one bagpipe line but I copied it in the sequencer and added a mix of four bagpipes, some slightly detuned (Garritan Aria player lets yo udo this easily) as you don't want a bagpipe totally in tune. All voices were EQed to let them sit better. Finally, the drone was extracted to separate parts where it was dove-tailed in different ways and varied constantly in volume to try and simulate dynamic bag compression.
