Only the first violin, viola, and cello parts are present. As a bonus, where one expects the 2nd violin part the 2nd violin part to a Paganini quartet in E major has been included for some reason, make of this what you will. The Perkins quartet violin 2 part may be somewhere -else- at Internet archive- that uploaded where one expects the Perkins is misfiled (but no one doublechecked on mirroring it here, either; this is not a Milhaud work to have 4 sharps in one part and 3 sharps in all the other. Thumbs DOWN.) Made out of a concatenation of the scanner link listed (which is violin 1 only), cello part, viola part (and the misfiled violin 2 part.)
