Mentioned in Salmonsens konversationen (1894) so probably composed before 1895. Is date of premiere known? (Unfortunately instead of providing such useful information, the notes to the Danacord recording helpfully informs us that "one is reminded of... Alexandr Glazunov, but Bendix wins every time!" - more information, and a more accurate date of composition (1895 as given in the notes at least has the virtue of being certainly incorrect) would have been more useful than opinions...)
