This is a slightly odd and rather interesting piece.
Is anyone aware of an eerily similar piece called "The Storm" by H. Weber? I've commented more on this on the page for Carl Heinrich Weber, who may be the same composer, although it doesn't (yet) include "The Storm" itself.
