did not exist, afaik, in 1843; at least, HMB doesn't, for whatever reason, mention it until 1852- they're rather reliable on the whole. So the "JH" plates are- I think...- for a reissue and if someone has the plate numbers of the Schuhmann original, they should be attached for information's sake (and the Hainauer plates to a Reissue line) in my opinion- if I can reconstruct - and I don't have enough information- either Schuhmann became Hainauer or Hainauer bought out Schuhmann or at least acquired Gaudeamus igitur, S.240 if nothing else :).
