I suppose fortunately for us

Most microtonal/other-scale (other-subdivision of the octave, e.g.) classical music is too recent to upload (also, it seems people who are living don't use this - opportunity? - very often), as some of it I am told actually falls rather nicely on the (Western, ...) ear and requires - some adjustment of theorizing :) Eric 15:31, 8 February 2012 (UTC) (edit: well, if Easley Blackwood Jr. (born 1933, still alive) or one of a few other composers, who do indeed write using extended scales, sets up an IMSLP account, then "all bets are off".)
