PD Orchestrations

The only orchestration that is public domain in the US is the partial one prepared in 1891 <--- is this true? Ravel's is from 1922, as is Funtek's, so shouldn't they be PD too (though I guess publish date matters...). But more importantly, Henry Wood's is from 1915. Was this never published? Incidently, Tushmalov's version only has something like one promenade (the last one, put first) and five pictures. ♫ Melodia Chaconne ♫ 06:38, 6 September 2008 (EDT)
