Just a note to say that the pages in this file are really messed up, and the complete piece is not here. A couple of pages are duplicated, and one page is missing.
The order of the pages goes like this: Title page, 1-11, 10-12, 14-17 (I think - some of the page numbers are almost illegible; and one transition to a new page with an unclear number also involves a sudden harmonic change that might be possible, but does seem a bit odd).
