Talk:Symphony in C major (Asplmayr, Franz)

Page turns for the strings are quite alright in this piece, rather easy, in fact. I should have them all done tomorrow. For some reason, when I worked on this piece last year, I did not do a figured bass realization. I'll have to do that this year. But I still haven't figured out how to do figured bass in Finale. Now that I do a figured bass realization, it appears that I may have made a whole bunch of mistakes, or at least omissions. I will have to review it carefully. Alonso del Arte 23:03, 15 October 2010 (UTC)

If I had done a figured bass realization from the start, I would have caught a lot of these mistakes. I have to do corrections to the score, the second oboe part, cello, bass, perhaps others. Alonso del Arte 21:58, 21 October 2010 (UTC)

Should we upload all three movements in one file, or each movement separately? --Philip Addison Jones mail me © talk 18:49, 19 December 2011 (UTC)

Whichever way is more convenient for you. If the gaps between movements are just right for you and you record the whole thing in one shot, then it makes sense to upload the three movements in one file. But if you record them separately it makes sense to upload them separately because I will most likely change the gaps between movements once I put the whole thing together (and certainly the Maestoso introduction and the Allegro vivace will be closer together).
