It is possible that Tribute à l'Amérique was a group of pieces, not just a Nocturne; a "Tribute to America Polka by Herz from his Op.161", ♭ major nocturne above... (but it was published by Firth in 1849.) (And "183" in BdlF above includes a polka de concert and a polka de salon, though they aren't identified in BdlF as being part of "Tribute à l'Amérique" in that source.), doesn't all resemble the D
