Trio Sonata in G major, S.252 (Heinichen, Johann David)
Scores and Parts
Continuo realization: Dr. Werner Jaksch
First edition - IMSLP
N. Spoerel, 2012.
Typeset with Finale 2009.
The manuscript states "Oboe primo, Oboe secondo et Basso", but in the Largo the second oboe part is lower than the range of the oboe (several b's, one a). The sonata could, however, be played on 2 oboes d'amore, and therefore alternate transposed parts have been added to this edition. Alternatively, the second oboe part could be performed on a violin.
