• The first movemment is scored for bass drum solo, the second for woodwind trio and the remainder for both the winds and the percussion. The tamtam only plays in the third movement and has only one stroke. In the last movement Stenhammar writtes in 6/8 for the winds and in 2/4 for the percussion.
