NOTE TO MY FELLOW EDITORS (if any of you actually decide to read my page :P): Please, please, PLEASE; remember to link ALL works that you upload to the designated composer's list page if they have not been linked already!!! This is extremely crucial for organization purposes as some works can be extremely hard to find through a composer's category page (and not all people know what work a certain piece goes to, plus excluding maybe a different translated title they know the work by, etc. etc.). I have seen countless work on wishlists that have already been uploaded, even years back because no one can find the work. That also brings up another point: don't put works on the wishlist page UNLESS if you absolutely know that it hasn't been uploaded. Thank you very much for reading my strenuously drawn-out rant, and have a good day!

Contributions

I currently have a large-print publication of the Grand Circus March Op.433 by Hans Engelmann (can't even find it on WorldCat, so it's exciting that I've ended up having a work like this!), which I'm planning to upload. Though they both don't fit on my scanner so I need to go to a place to scan them sometime soon!

  • I have several other study scores and orchestral study books for oboe which I have recently bought; most are in public domain in at least Canada and the EU. I will also scan and upload these as soon as I can, but I'm quite busy...--Lisztrachmaninovfan 21:39, 29 August 2011 (UTC)
    • Tanz Suite, Sz.77 (Bartók, Béla) (orchestral study score)
    • Symphonic Minutes, Op.36 (Dohnányi, Ernő) (orchestral study score)
      • Might not be in PD. I'll have to confirm this... --Lisztrachmaninovfan 02:46, 29 July 2012 (EDT)
    • Ruralia Hungarica, Op.32b (Dohnányi, Ernő) (orchestral study score)
      • I think that it's only PD in the EU and Canada, as with many other Edito Musica Budapest publications from that time. --Lisztrachmaninovfan 02:46, 29 July 2012 (EDT)
    • Orchestral Studies for Oboe (Heinze, Walter) (Bk. 1)
    • Orchesterstudien für alle Instrumente (Various) (Oboe, Hft. 6; collaborative work by Fr. Gumbert, L. Bechler, and Wilhelm Stock)

Here's my page at Wikipedia; it has much more user boxes: Lisztrachmaninovfan

Goals

  • I'm planning to eventually upload every score not on IMSLP from Henselt Library. This will take a very long time, but it's worth it.
    • There is an extremely large amount of Gustav Lange works not on IMSLP that are at Henselt. It will be worthwhile that I upload them all!
      • Also a large amount of Richard Brinley transcriptions not on IMSLP.
  • Upload at least 100 files of works. Goal reached! --Lisztrachmaninovfan 20:50, 4 April 2011 (UTC)
  • Upload at least 500 files of works. (At about 150 currently)
  • Make typesets of the parts and full scores for Grieg's own orchestra arrangements of his Lyric Pieces, Op.54, as requested from the wishlist.

Status for each one:

  1. Not started
  2. Not started
  3. Started parts for Flutes 1/2 and Oboes 1/2
  4. Finished parts for Flutes and Harp
  5. [No arrangement by Grieg exists]
  6. Not started
  • Make typesets of the full score and parts for Liszt's transcription in manuscript for Piano Trio of his Hungarian Rhapsody No.9, as requested from the wishlist.
  • Upload all the works digitized from the Kulas Music Library. This probably won't take nearly as long as uploading all the Henselt Library material, and I will try to complete this first. But still, it will take quite a long time. Quite worth it though, as nearly all the works on there are absent on IMSLP...
