Hello Davide92. The file you submitted for this composer was uploaded incorrectly, and has had to be deleted. It also appears that Signor Maugeri died only in 2008 and will be in copyright until at least 2059, so unless you are his legal heir or have the permission of his estate, his works cannot be published on IMSLP.
