Hi there, and welcome to IMSLP! I noticed that you wanted to have a thumbnail image for your scores, which is perfectly welcome, but I also noticed that you didn't upload the pictures to IMSLP. In order for the image to work, you have to hit the sidebar option that says "Upload" (or use this link) and upload the jpg image directly to the site.
