Dear Elvis, There is nothing on Miklós Spányi's website that indicates the sound files posted there have been released under a Creative Commons license. You therefore must contact him personally by email here and obtain his permission to post the files here. You can reply to this page. I will leave the Bach file you posted up for 24 hours - untagged and unavailable for download. If there is no response in 24 hours, the file will be deleted as a possible copyright violation.
