User talk:Flauta

Dear Flauta,

Item 1: We already have a page for the Mozart's Flute Concerto, K.314. Please don't pages for works we already have.
Item 2: Is the typeset or new edition you added your own work? If not, do you have written permission from Glenn Michael, who appears to be the editor and typesetter? If we do not receive a response from you very soon this file will be deleted as a possible copyright violation.

Thanks, Carolus 00:37, 11 June 2010 (UTC) (IMSLP Copyright Admin)

I note that you have not responded to my previous question. Are you Mr. Egner, or do you have permission for the all the typesets of his that you are uploading? If you fail to respond, we will have no choice but to delete all these as possible copyright violations. I noticed that Perlnerd tagged the Mozart you uploaded previously, did you reply to him? Please advise. Carolus 21:06, 26 June 2010 (UTC) (IMSLP Copyright Admin)
You also created a composer page for Aldemaro Romero, who died in 2007 and is under copyright worldwide. Unless you have explicit written permission, please do not post his works here. I think it would be advisable to read this page to get an idea of what can be uploaded to this site. Thanks, KGill talk email 21:17, 26 June 2010 (UTC)

Please DO NOT add works by Juan Bautista Plaza (d.1965) and Aldemaro Romero (d.2007).
Reason: The works of both composers are under copyright in Canada and probably worldwide. Do not post here without permission. Carolus 21:34, 26 June 2010 (UTC) (IMSLP Copyright Admin)

Please visit this page to familiarise yourself with the restrictions on uploads to this website.

This also applies to Trio for flute, violin & cello (Haydn, Joseph) (which, in addition, should be always under its original instrumentation when that is known - as stated on the page, 2 flutes, cello - not under that of the transcription you are posting, in any case. If you do not have Mr. Egner's permission though, it will indeed have to be deleted.) Eric 11:35, 20 September 2010 (UTC)
