Kleiner Boy aus Portorico (Jenson, Walter)

Hi Grauesel, and thanks for your contributions. Unfortunately, since the words to this song were written by Leo Breiten, who appears to have been active through 1964 (if not later), I think it's safest to delete the file, since it's almost certainly under copyright in Canada (where the IMSLP servers are located), and it is everywhere else anyway. You may wish to read this page for more information on copyright law as it applies to IMSLP. Thanks, KGill talk email 16:10, 22 January 2011 (UTC)

Zwei Minuten in Harlem

Dear Grauesel,

We need to know a couple of things before this recording can be approved for download:

1. You have permission from the performers, the RBT-Orchester and Horst Kudritzki, to upload the recording here.
2. The date of first publication for the original work, Zwei Minuten in Harlem by the composer Walter Jenson (1902-1952). While any of Jenson's work published before 1961 is public domain in Canada, items first published after 1922 very possibly under copyright in the USA, and all work remains under copyright in the EU. If Zwei Minuten in Harlem is protected in the USA, this recording will not be available for download due to IMSLP's office being located in the USA (even though our main server is in Canada).
